Abstract
Cet article defie les spheres d'action entre les sexes en discutant que les mecanismes de l'espace social qui emergent des modeles de choix du moment et rythmiques de la vie des gens sont relies aux activites au foyer et hors du foyer. Il se sert des reportages dans les journaux du proces qui a resulte de la violence domestique a Saint-Henri, Quebec, le 13 juin, 1895, pour reconstituer les evenements de la veille de la rue Notre-Dame, un drame episodique qui revele un rayon complexe d'espaces partages et alternatifs conditionnes par des relations entre le mode de production et la reproduction sociale.Metrics
